How we make it

Every load-bearing part we fit is metal, and collars are sold by neck measurement rather than by size letters. Orders leave Cheyenne within 2 business days. If a collar arrives the wrong size we will swap it and pay the postage both ways.

A short range, made repeatedly

We carry 13 pieces across 4 categories, between $22.00 and $148.00. Pet ranges get long because a new print is cheap and dogs cannot complain. Ours stays short because the hardware is the expensive decision — a good collar is a webbing choice and a buckle choice, and everything after that is colour.

Hardware

Every load-bearing part is metal. Cast steel D-rings, welded rather than bent closed, and solid brass or steel buckles. The failure everybody has seen is a moulded plastic side-release buckle going brittle after two winters and letting go on a lead-pull, and it is the reason there is not one on anything we make.

Sizing and fit

Collars are sold by neck measurement in centimetres, not by S, M and L, because a whippet and a beagle are the same weight and nothing like the same neck. Measure with a tape where the collar will sit and add two fingers. If it arrives wrong we will swap it, and the return postage is ours.
